Partner Levels

Our partner program is structured across different levels, each with defined capabilities and responsibilities.

Standard partners focus on sales activities and represent the entry level of the Bimser partner program. At this level, partners are expected to have basic product awareness and the ability to position Bimser solutions to potential customers.

They operate without dedicated technical roles and focus primarily on identifying opportunities and supporting the early stages of the sales process.

Bronze partners combine sales capabilities with initial solution expertise. At this level, partners are expected to have at least one Sales Manager and one Solution Architect, enabling them to position solutions more effectively and provide basic technical guidance.

This structure allows partners to support customers not only in the sales phase but also in early solution design and evaluation processes.

Silver partners expand their capabilities by adding implementation expertise. In addition to sales and solution architecture roles, they include Application Specialists who can support delivery and execution.

This level enables partners to actively take part in project implementation, providing more comprehensive support to customers throughout both the sales and delivery phases.

Gold partners represent the most advanced level within the Bimser partner program. They combine strong sales capabilities, multiple solution architects, and advanced implementation expertise, along with dedicated support roles.

At this level, partners are equipped to deliver end-to-end solutions, manage complex projects, and provide ongoing support to customers. Their structure allows them to operate independently across industries, regions, and project scales.
