SASA: Bimser QDMS for Integrated and Efficient Digital Management Systems

SASA is one of Turkey’s leading polyester and fiber manufacturers. With its expanding production capacity and dynamic operational structure, SASA differentiates itself through management systems that combine quality, sustainability, and digitalization. By adopting innovative production processes and an integrated management system approach, SASA aims to strengthen its sector leadership while increasing employee efficiency and process effectiveness.

To improve efficiency in its management systems, transform operations into a sustainable structure, and embed digitalization into its corporate culture, SASA initiated the QDMS project. Before QDMS, document management and quality records were handled through an existing software system; however, its speed and flexibility did not meet expectations and required manual follow-ups and reminders. This created gaps in traceability and integration, especially within a growing organizational structure.

QDMS brings quality, document, risk, and process management together on a single digital platform. It ensures end-to-end traceability of audit and action processes, centralized document version control, and approval management. With comprehensive features such as risk analysis, process performance tracking, and automatic generation of management review reports, QDMS delivers a holistic approach to quality management.

SASA chose Bimser QDMS to increase efficiency in its management systems and make digitalization an integral part of its corporate culture. The document, audit, and action processes previously managed with legacy software failed to meet expectations due to limitations in speed and integration, requiring manual tracking and reminders.
